On offer will be fresh local produce, Handcrafts and delicious foods from all over the world. Stalls are $5 each regardless of size. To mark the completion of the Urban Enhancement Beautification work at 10:00am with SPECIAL QUEST - Alex Jesaulenko Carlton Football Club Legend Representing Rapid Creek Centre Management. The Northern Territory Government in conjunction with the Darwin City Council and the Rapid Creek Business Village Management invite residents to the Sunday Markets to mark the completion of the improvements to the Trower Road frontage of this centre. Funding for the project was provided by the Government with the Council undertaking the work on Council owned land. "I welcome these improvements to our local centre which is also the venue for the very popular and long running Sunday Markets. The funding is part of this Government's plans to improve out streetscapes and provide work to the smaller contractors in our community."
